Don't rain on my parade!

And don't rain on my children's soccer game or pitching machine game or Webelos Day Camp. Well, actually it snowed on the scouts. It is June in Idaho and nearly impossible to make outdoor plans. I think we will stick with indoor guitar lessons that won't be cancelled. This was was one of the rare evenings we got to play outside. I'm looking forward to many more.

She is the sweetest little addition to your family. She does indeed smell like heaven. So precious and surrounded by love. I will share more later.

I can't wait until I'm eight!

I thought she was nervous, but she said she was holding back tears of joy. As a missionary I watched as a young family was baptized. The father went first. The little kids waited for their turns and watched from the bathrooms. They were so excited. As their dad came out of the water they cheered for joy. The sound echoed. I was reminded of that sound as McKell came up from the water. I imagined the cheers from those on the other side as she she showed her obedience and desire to keep the commandments. We are so proud of her and appreciate the support from family. I know many of you were with us in spirit.

Actually, we were such party poopers that we celebrated Australian time.

Even Collin had fun, just not in front of the camera.

What are our New Year's Resolutions? The same as last year. I guess it's a three year plan. We hope this year is as good as the last. Happy New Year!
